MEET YOUR AMBASSADOR: Pat Enochs, Citizens Bank

By Aspire Economic Development + Chamber Alliance | | 1.22.24

Meet Aspire Ambassador Pat Enochs with Citizens Bank! Pat has been an ambassador for almost 10 years. Here are some things to know about Pat:

  1. What excites you about being an ambassador?

Meeting new people and finding out more about them and what they do. I also enjoy letting them know about the benefits their membership has to offer. They are always pleasantly surprised to learn that Aspire is more than events, the resources are amazing.

  2. Can you remember a favorite moment during your time as an Ambassador that sticks with you?

There are many. I always enjoy the events, both attending and volunteering.

  3. What advice do you have for professionals trying to connect with other professionals?

Follow up is key. Meet them at the larger event, follow up with a one-on-one meeting to really get to know them and their business to connect with others.

  4. Do you have any good networking tricks or habits you have that have worked for you when you are networking?

One that I have found helpful with business cards, since we tend to collect a few as we meet people at different events, is making a note on the card about where/when I met them and any details that I learned and want to follow up on. I also make a note on the card as to when the follow up meeting took place and next steps.

  5. What is your favorite color?

    Blue

  6. Tell us something you love to do as a hobby or a favorite vacation spot.

I love to travel. Last year, I went out west to the Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce and Monument Valley. The year before, I did a 10-day cruise to Turkey and Greece. This year, TBD.

  7. What is your favorite thing about Aspire?

I can’t really pick one. The staff is amazing. The ambassador team is so much fun, and I really enjoy meeting members of the business community. It’s all good!

Thank you so much, Pat, for caring for your fellow members and their development with Aspire.
