What is a Board of Directors? The Board determines the Chamber's future vision, establishes governing policies and monitors organizational performance. The Board is made up of 22 elected individuals representing a wide variety of businesses . About 1/3 of the Board changes each year and begin their term on April 1 and continue for three years.
